Pumpkin Delight

Mix, and press evenly into 9″ x 13″ pan:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

Mix and spread on crumb layer:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups whipped topping

Mix for 2 minutes or until smooth, and spread on cream cheese layer:
2 cups Pumpkin Spice Pudding & Pie Mix
3-1/2 cups milk

Sprinkle on top. (optional)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve & enjoy.
